Ethiopian Harrar Durato Bombe comes from the village of Durato Bombe, near the border of the Sidam region. It has that traditional blueberry taste, mulling spices, and a tart juiciness. It’s a little more pricey because these beans are a small batch natural processed coffee. The cherry fruit is allowed to dry on the beans which imparts the fruity blueberry aroma. It is also Grade 1, which is the highest possible grade of bean. We are roasting this one a bit lighter than medium to really bring out the fruit flavors.
